Every month we feature a local farmer / producer that we work closely with, and feature 4 courses of exciting new dishes that feature their product. For November, we are once again featuring Keewaydin Farms, located in Viola, Wisconsin, just two hours from the restaurant in the Driftless region. Last month we had their amazing pumpkins, and this month we’re featuring their squashes. See this month’s featured squash menu.
